Overview
Organizers should publish clear refund terms before tickets or add-ons are sold. Refunds may apply to cancellations, unusable tickets, unfulfilled marketplace items, duplicate charges or applicable consumer-law situations.
How this applies
Timing depends on the payment provider and bank. Contact Support when an order issue cannot be resolved with the organizer.
